Boom lifts, water fed poles, glass staircases and data centre facades. Our window crews carry fifty years of combined experience between them, and a call or an email gets an answer the same business day with service inside twenty four hours.

What we handle
Corporate Cleaning Service covers the inside and the outside of a commercial building. You are not coordinating a janitorial company, a carpet company, a window company and a pressure washing contractor against each other.
Nightly and weekly programs
A recurring program written for your building, not a checklist copied off the last one. Ongoing inspections, a logbook on site, and 24 hour emergency cover when something cannot wait until Monday.

Entry 01
Before any number gets quoted we go through the space: the floors you have, the glass, the entries that take the weather, the rooms your own staff say are the problem.
Entry 02
Technicians custom design the solution for the facility. Project work and regular maintenance are priced separately so you are not paying a monthly rate for a one time job.
Entry 03
It stays in your office. Anyone on your staff writes a need, a concern or a suggestion into it, and we check it daily. No phone tag with a manager to get something changed.
Entry 04
Recurring janitorial runs with an ongoing inspection program, so the standard on month nine is the standard we set on night one.

CCS cleans office carpets! I have two office dogs and you know what sometimes comes with dogs! Their crew came in and did an amazing job. They were on time, professional, and very friendly.
