The logbook stays in your office
Every building we service keeps a paper logbook on site. It is not a suggestion box that sits in a drawer. Anyone on your staff can open it and write down a need, a concern or a suggestion, whether that is a supply running low or a spot the crew missed the night before.
Our crew checks it every time they are in the building, and reads it before they start work. You do not have to catch a manager on the phone or wait for a scheduled call to get something changed. It gets written once and it gets read the same day.

An inspection program built around the walk
The scope for a recurring program comes from walking the building first, not from a form filled out over the phone. We look at the floors you have, the entries that take the weather, and the rooms your own staff already flag as trouble spots, then write the plan against what we actually saw.
That scope does not sit still once it is signed. An ongoing inspection program checks the work against it on a set schedule, so the standard we set in the first week is still the standard six months later, not something that quietly slips once the account feels routine.
Chapter 03
Twenty four hour emergency cleaning
Buildings do not wait for business hours to have a problem. A pipe lets go on a Saturday, a tenant has an accident after close, a delivery leaves a mess in the lobby before Monday's first meeting. We run emergency cleaning around the clock for exactly that.
In most cases we can be on site within two hours of the call. It is the same office number, day or night, so there is one number to remember instead of a separate emergency line to dig up when you actually need it.
Clean green practices
Some of the buildings we clean have staff working near where the cleaning happens, or tenants who are particular about what gets used in their space. We run environmentally conscious chemical and waste reduction practices where they fit the job.

- The floors and finishes. What is carpet, what is tile, and what each one needs on a recurring basis.
- The entries and common areas. The spots that take the most foot traffic and the most weather.
- Where the logbook goes. A spot your staff will actually pass every day, not a back office nobody visits.
- The schedule. Nightly, weekly, or a mix, built around when the building is empty.
