Where the logbook idea came from
A hospitality habit, brought into janitorial work.
Marc Guerrero spent more than twenty years in the hotel industry before he founded Corporate Cleaning Service in 2000. He says that time is where the hospitality approach came from, the idea that a commercial building should be checked, not guessed at.
That habit is still how the company runs. Technicians custom design a solution for each facility rather than running the same script across every building, and the crew takes on the work a script cannot plan for: mildew, mold, paint, grease, and rust, whatever the last cleaner treated as someone else's problem.

How the work runs
Regular maintenance and project work, priced apart.
Some buildings need a nightly or weekly program. Others need one job done right: a post construction clean, a carpet steam clean, a pressure wash before an inspection. We price and schedule the two kinds of work separately, so a one time job never turns into a monthly rate you did not ask for. Our window crews alone carry fifty years of combined experience, most of it spent above the second floor.

Every office we service keeps a logbook on site. Your staff writes down a need, a concern, or a suggestion, and we check it every day. A request does not wait for a manager to remember to call us.
Chemicals and waste
